Just reformated my puter and reinstalled eve. It works fine until I have applied the patches. Now after the spash screen, the EULA a white box. I can't get past this. Has anyone had this problem?

What OS, video and audio hardware and drivers are you using?
Also, do a dxdiag.exe test to look for problems with your setup.
Hopefully someone here can spot your problem from that info. =)

XP pro, GeForce2Go 32,Cystral Audio onboard and I'm going to try using the latest detonator drivers for the graphics, and I'm using the latest sound drivers.

I just re-instlled xp and I have the same problem I tried deleting cashe but still got it. HELP!

I just updated with the Detonator drivers, but... Zip. Still a white screen, did you have any trouble installing the new drivers? Or did the nvidia exe just take care of it for you?

what drivers were they?
I'm using WinME and never have been able to get EVE to run on it. EVER. WinXP however works perfectly with exactly the same drivers, even the newest 45.23 non-WQHL drivers from nvidia.
GF4 ti4400 , 128mb DDR - with currently v30.82 WQHL drivers from nvidia. I just installed that driver, then reinstalled EVE but still had the problem. Trying a manual patch now.

....or anyone else? What nVidia GF4 drivers actually work with EVE under WinME ? No speculation please, only people that are successfully running EVE under WinME.

I've just had exactly the same problem with a GeForce 2 and WinXP pro. Updated driver from www.nvidia.com sorted it out.

I have had the exact same problem. I had to reformat and start my system over from scratch when AOL decided to delete it's own Network Adapter, causing my computer to not speak AOLish. I have WinXP with a GeForce 2 MX400. I get the white screen of death now, and its really anoyying...

just a litte note, i've submitted a bug/problem report with detailed info from this thread and ( http://oldforums.eveonline.com/?a=topic&threadID=33005 ) this thread, and included the thread links to the GM's. Hopefully you all should hear something soon :)
