His mug is bad but should I train more learning?:
All basic learning at 3:
Int: 11
Per: 12
Char: 3
Will: 11
Mem: 14
I changed from miner to fighter but the learning skills are so wanted when you hit the week long training of other skills. EVEmon gave me a headache one that I need to endure. But the crazy asian is good! Should I wait till I have a crusier or train learning skills now?

Most people take the learning skills in steps. Just going full out on learning skills can be really boring while you play. Best is to alternate so you still have some fun new other skills that you can use. Theres no good advice, its really a matter of how you intend to play.

All basic learning to 4. Then get some ship skills and figure out what you like. then do the elite skills to 4. Then dance.

With the extremely low Charisma you have basicly ruled out Trade and Leadership skills, that is unless you like long skill training times.
I would suggest getting all the basic learning skills to 5 and start the advanced learning skills when it is convenient for you to do so (say after training some gunnery, electronics, engineering, and spaceship command skills up a bit so you can do something with him when you undock).
Then you can train some of the longer skills considerably faster, which in turn will help you get into better ships and generate ISK a little faster.
You character does have the potential for going several directions based on what you have now and what you can expect from advanced learning skills, and implants down the road.

I recomend learnings to lvl 4, then do other skills to get you combat worthy. Things like Ships, get yourself into a Cruiser, maybe a BC, make sure your weapons skills are at at least 2 or 3. Shields/armor at 2/3, navigation at 2/3 and so on.
basically 2/3 across the board. Once you have that, go back and do the learning skills to 5, and the advanced learning skills to 4, then go back and do all your other skills.
well, until I figure Illustrator out. :)

I got a raven, made around 600m ratting in 0.0, and I am just now training advanced learning skills. =x
