AFK is great corp for people who want some social interaction and friends but don't need the responsibilities of taxes, and *having* to participate in corp war/raids/mining/whatever.
Joining AFK was one of best decisions I made in EVE.

We take both new and older characters, so if you need a hand getting the hang of Eve, or just want a relaxed corp to hang out in, the AFK is for you!
We often run missions together, complexes, mine, fight each other, etc ... but if you don't want to join in then that's fine too.

I've been in several corps, large and small, and while they were good, or at least not bad, this is a GREAT corp. Everyone helps out, Always friendly chat (providing we're not... afk ) lots of experienced players in many different skill avenues.

I joined recently and so far I'm having a great time. If you're looking for a relaxed corp this is it. No obligations, politics, POS wars, etc. Just a good time with decent folks.

Really it's a great corp, no pressure, no politics, no hassle, just fun.
Esp looking for peoples in the Americas time zones, cause like I'm like almost the only one and I gets lonely.

Our current members mainly operate in empire space and are into most aspects that Eve has to offer. We are currently hanging around the Cosmos area in Ani (mainly getting our frigs blown up !) or running agent missions (all levels), trading and the odd production run for corp members.
