I've a question what is better:
5 hammerheads II or
3 Ogre's I or
and why would anybody use other drones then hammerheads and the ogre's because they do the most damage of the drones????

because sometimes a damage type other than thermal is needed depending on which npc's you are fighting or which player ship you are fighting? (check out thermal resists on the minnie and Gall tech II assault ships and heavy assault ships)
In terms of what's better out of 3 ogres or 5 hammerheads it depends entirely on what you're fighting. damage output is irrelevant if your drones can't hit the target. check out the tracking speed and velocity of the drones and compare it to the kind of ships you need to defend yourself against.

Hobgoblins > Frigates/Interceptors.
Hammerheads > Cruisers/Destroyers..
Ogres > Battleships/Battlecruisers.
Yaaaarrr.

Id rather go with 5 hammerhead II's they are quicker too so they dont take long to haul back into your cargo bay and can catch pesky frigs more easily.

I mean in PVP.. not alot of ppl use other drones in pvp
I'm don't know if I should train for the skills for medium tech 2

Thermal drones probabally are the LEAST used in PvP because it's a commonly tanked damage type. Also thermal drones, while doing the most damage, are the slowest. Against an interceptor doing 4k/sec you'll quickly wish you had warriors, not hobgoblins.
