hmmm. i was in Oursulaert earlier with 450 others, and loads of people were complaining about the teribble lag. I saw absolutely no lag at all... Am I just lucky, or is this lag being caused in part by slow or poorly maintained computers?

would fail to see how everything elae on my machines works just fine except from eve. get 29ms ping time to the server then god knows

Yeah, pretty cool. I dont experience alot of lag myself and there is nobody complaining in the newbie corp either.

Well there is a hell of alot of lag down in 0.0 around Feyth/Impass i seems to be localised to these regions from what ive heard though

I went to Jita to check it out and there is 500 people there. The system is lag free for me.
A dev mentioned how the load balancing works before. Basicly it uses yesterdays load requirements to calculate today's. Since there probably was 500 people in Jita yesterday too, its not lagging here. And perhaps the systems you are in right now were not crowded with as many people yesterday?

i put credit on the hardware upgrade. not lagging a bit, except on map display where i freeze for about 2s (when setting is like "jumps in the last hour")
but ingame all is fine
gatecampers EVERYWHERE at the borders highsec/lowsec lol
