How does each attributes affect your perfomance?
Intelligence
Perception
Charisma
Willpower
Memory

They don't affect performance at all. All they do is affect how many skill points per minute you get for various skills.

You mean higher attribute make training skill faster? Can you also tell me which attribute affect which skill?

If you use show info on a skill and check it's attributes tab you will see which 2 attributes affect it's training time.
The higher these attributes are the shorter it will take to learn skills affected by them.
You can increase these attributes by training the skills you can find in the learning category such as empathy, logic etc. or by buying and using implants.
You can also train the learning skill itself for an additionall 2% added to all attributes per level.

Intelligence is the main attribute for skills in Science, Engineering, Electronics...
Perception is the main attribute for skills in Gunnery, Missle Operation, Spaceship Command etc...
Charisma is mostly for trade and relations (most ppl dont train it at all)
Willpower is a secondary attribute for anything perception is main in
and memory is main for learning learning skills
to find out what's main and what's secondary right click on any skill and click get info
primary attributes affect the training time the most while secondary less
it is very recommended to train all the learning skills (except charisma) to lvl 5 and then continue with the advanced learning to lvl 4

Memory is also primary for drone skills.
