Non-noob with a noob question:
I know you can arrange targets vertically and horizontally, but can you control whether they come in left -> right or right -> left?
Currently when I lock something it shows up on the far right and the next thing I lock appears immediately to the left of it, and so on. I want the first thing I lock to appear on the far left and the next thing to appear immediately to the right of it, and so on.
And I know you can drag your locked targets around, but I want this to occur by default.

Try moving your target anchor to the far left of the screen. The targets radiate out from the anchor, so moving the anchor to the left is the only way.

You can move the targetting anchor. When you do, it will stick to other UI elements I believe. Just stick it to the right side of something, like you Neocom. I believe that should work. |

Oh, I see, when you drag the anchor across the midpoint of the screen, its orientation changes automatically.

Also you can drag individual locks into another row from there... like logi ships of your fleet or whatever. |

Keep in mind (as far as I have ever seen anyway) that dragging to a new row doesnt remember who was in what row if you unlock/relock a target; you will have to redrag anything you unlock/relock.
