So I've tried contacting in a variety of ways. I bought HD stream with plex. Yesterday I had access to HD stream and was able to watch the fanfest video after the fact.
However, today when I go there it shows up in my subscription list, but when I go to watch any videos it asks me for $19.95. Yesterday, that button wasn't there, but it said "subscribed". Today, does not list me as subscribed and wants $19.95. I have checked I am logged in, and I have tried on three separate computers.
Please fix. My twitch name is 'Winsaucerer'.
Edit: Either that, or refund my plex, because I bought the stream explicitly so I could watch it as soon as it suited me. It is quickly losing its value. |

Loving the fanfest stream, sad i can't be their, maybe next year
Just one question though about the stream, is it possible to get a list of the music that been playing? It really does sound amazing |

The HD stream has been "almost" flawless and I attended Fanfest in 2013 and I can tell other stream viewer's that the stream is as good as being there, without the beer.....thank you Eve TV.
Just a small suggestion - it is great that those people involved in design, development, QA etc are front and centre in each of the presentations, but go ahead and provide presentation training for some of them, god bless them. |

Not sure where to post this so I'll leave it here...
Hello IRL I have been working for over 10 years as a lighting designer / operator in theatre and broadcast.
I just wanted to comment that in my humble opinion the lighting of the stage and auditorium could have been done better for the live streaming of Eve tv.
For example on some of the broadcasts the CCP devs only recieve light on their chest and their faces are in the dark.
The industry panel stream of saturday was a good show of disembodied hands and faces, especially looking at it on a smaller screen (like a phone or tablet).
If ccp needs more professional feedback drop me a note via eve mail.
I would love to help improve the fanfest stream, because I just love playing Eve.

The recording of day 3 still is the whole day only, so here's links to the session's start. The HD stream subscriber paywall is still active (should'nt it get lifted, now that Fanfest ist over?)
The Coaching Them up session got shifted further behind in the stream, which started with the Gridlock session.
I'm pretty sure, though, that CCP will soon mirror the individual sessions on YouTube, as CCP Loxy mentioned in the Tune in Devblog.
