-The capacitor need of all projectile turrets has been removed.
-The capacitor need of blasters has been reduced by 30% and the CPU need has been reduced by 15%.
-The power grid need of all heavy neutron blasters has been decreased by 10%.
-The base damage inflicted by 1200mm, 650mm and 250mm artillery has been increased by 10%.
-Tachyon beam damage multiplier increased by about 4%.
The explosion radius of Precision Cruise Missiles has changed to 200m and their base damage inflicted is now 260 points.
The explosion radius of Precision Heavy Missiles has been increased to 75m and damage reduced to 135 hp.
and the tier 3 bs is gona be railgunboat

oh no, minmatar become overpowered by loosing the 3 cap it took to fire large autocannon .

Was rather needed, when lasers on an amarr ship use less cap/s than the same tier blaster something isn't right. Cpu is also a decent change, fitting a "realistic" setup on megathron is now possible(nothing overpowered)

Wasn't inline with any other turret, wasn't even in line with the light neutron blaster and mega neutron blaster

this just puts the 250, 650 and 1200 in line in damage with the 125, 200 and 350mm railgun if i'm not mistaken, which are the turrets that had comparable grid need to the aforementioned artillery.

The minmatar never had a problem whit cap on BS's . i m an auto's fun and manny times happens to remain whitout cap on HAC or Cruiser when i m nosed like hell , i rember a fight whit a maller who nosed me and stay stuck whit him 5 minutes till he killed me because i didn't have cap to fire .
And the dmg of 1200, 650 and 250 artillerys was really weak .

duude if they use 3 less cap that means that they can fire when theyr cap is @ 0 and that does make alot difrence.

Now i hope CCP know what kind of "players" they attracted to this game with they philosophy of makeing caldari best and missle ships noob friendly...
And please dont go for Star Trek online i wanted to try this one out...

missile users canot pop them not at long range not at short changing ammo does not help,
and yes im aware u can fit assautl laucnhers on a raven but it only got 6 missile laucher slots (turrets have most times 7-8 they have room for this)
and now people spending ages of skilling and spend isk on t2 launchers give up all theyr speed in battle even with precisions u dont deal enough dmg...
i have seen people with precisions being useless against small ships BEFORE this nerf!

....you can't work out how to kill small ships in a RAVEN?
Let's see what small ship killing methods we can come up with:
Precision Cruise still works, at least on cruisers and HACs
Fury Cruise (just overload them with base damage)
Light Drones
Medium Drones
Webber Drones
Webs
Target Painters
2 Gun slots
OR 2 nos/neut slots
Smartbombs
The Raven can use pretty much every single small ship countermeasure in game. Methinks it's not the ship that needs improving.

Here I am. 
It was needed, IMO. A Megabeam geddon did more DPS then the T-Poc, with less guns.
Oh, BTW, if you think any of those changes weren't needed, please leave this game.

Hm let's see: The geddon has effective 33,3% damage boost to it's guns. Of course it will do more damage than an Apoc. Will that change with the Tachyon boost? No. Your point?
IMO Mega Beams needed a 4% dmg nerfing so Tachyons were a nice option (not that it never was the best option anyway, allways saw more Geddons with Tachyons than Mega Beams).
To the OP: I realy hope you stop whining some day about poor underpowered Caldari. Why didn't you go a step further when cold war was realeased and trained for another race? At least you'd have quitted EVE by now...
