I would probably say that it would probably be one of the systems around the highway. Such as Algogille in Essence, or one of the 1.0 systems around New Caldari. That's as far as traffic is concerned. I don't know who has the largest consistent player base in a single system. Another popular place is newb starting points. Cistuvaert in Verge Vendor and Todaki in Lonetrek are usually well populated on a consistent basis. In general it seems that there is more player activity based on jumps per hour (before the patch, map's kind of screwy right now) in the Caldari and Gallente space currently.

I was refering more to things like. The last person said. I guess Algogille is popular why cause alot of corps are based there? Or that is a central location for trading?

Techell's main production and distribution centre is Algogille. Techell owns a miner 2 bp. Instant traffic.
My vote is for Egbinger though. It is a major choke point for basically the entire eastern side of the map. It is the gateway to over 1,000 systems, and one of the last systems with a space station.

Gehi in Khanid is busy, as its the only station near the JK-FIX region. Theres always several ships coming in and out of the station at a time.
