WELCOME TO THE INTERGALACTIC RAFFLE
This is the official Intergalactic Raffle open to all Eve pilots.
We offer weekly prizes which always consist of Tech II or faction Ships as 1st prize and Tech
II or faction modules as runner-up prizes.
Details of this weeks' prizes will be available in Intergalactic Raffle's bio and also on eve-online.com forums.
The list of winners will be posted in this eve-online.com forum on the draw day.
The cost per ticket is 100,000 ISK
There is no limitation on ticket purchase. Ticket numbers will be issued by eve-mail on receipt of
ISK. Ticket numbers will be issued in groups just like a raffle in the old world (Earth, or
whatever it's called)
Winning tickets will be selected by E.R.N.I.E (Electronic Random Number Indicator Equipment), just
like your grandma's premium bonds. Therefore, ticket No.1 has the same chance as any other.
Tickets can be purchased by sending ISK in multiples of 100,000 to character Intergalactic Raffle
All prizes will be made available via personal escrow in Jita. Exact details will be sent to winner.
THIS RAFFLE IS GUARANTEED TO BE SCAM FREE AND ADHERES TO THE RULES AND
REGULATIONS SET BY CCP.
INTERGALACTIC RAFFLE ARE UNTOUCHABLE, EVE-MAILS CONCERNING ANY SUBJECT
OTHER THAN TICKET PURCHASE WILL NOT BE ANSWERED.

um...just pointing out that the word Intergalactic is wrong.
'Inter' means throughout more than one, as if you were having a raffle that spanned more than one galaxy. The correct prefix to use would be 'Intra' and that means 'within' as in, a raffle spanning all of one galaxy.

I guess he comes from a galaxy where CCP regulates events, and where promising not to scam actually means it's not a scam.
