12 Veteran players (2million-4million skill points) are looking for a new home!
Are you suffering from loss of players? Are those that are still playing only logging to train? Do you wish you had more people to hang out with? Frustrated that some of the bigger goals are out of reach? Is the corp you belong to dead? Is the management out of touch, don't play? Well that's what we've experienced also!
So we've decided to take the cream of the crop from our corp and strike out on our own. We are looking for people who feel the same way! If you are an awesome mid-sized corp and are interested please read further. If you are a small corp or individuals cast adrift let me know and we can see if we fit, Then look for something better
What we bring: 1.All have considerable personal assets 2.Most are Battleship ready and or have Battleships 3.We are dedicated, play every day 4.Many of us have second accounts for mining and hauling 5.We are all good friends and work well together. 6.Can participate in any field PVP PVE mining.
What we are looking for: 1. Mid-sized corp with at least 6-8 on at peak times... 2.Willing to share leadership with us. 3.Multi-ethnic 4.Cool management style (no uber ****'s or communes) 5.Not uptight about players doing their own thing. 6. Has definite goals 7. Enjoying time with everyone is more important than isk.
So if you still think you'd be interested give me a holler. If a couple of smaller corps are interested let me know, we still have a lot of offices so maybe we can make a new corp: )

You guys sound like you'd be a perfect fit for our corporation ... but I'm betting you've got Amarr characters in that group, and that wouldn't work with our corp; we're RPers playing Minmatar and Gallente.
Check us out anyway, we might be able to work something out. Our code of conduct is in the sig ... hope you guys find a home, though, you sound like the kind of players that make the game more fun.
Gradient is hiring. Read our Code of Conduct before applying.

Belarius, have you considered a role as war heroes in the embattled NVA? The New Venal Alliance is currently fighting a bitter civil war with the horrid forces of Taggart Transpiratical for the heart of soul of Venal. Its a war that makes names and reputations, and a glorious struggle against the depths of tyranny.
Jericho and the NVA need valourous fighters and worthy allies to confront and destroy the filthy pirate menace wherever it may be found. Be it Taggart board rooms or the sinkholes of space, this conflict will help to shape the future of Eve.
We'd love to have your help.
Love and peace

Hmmm. Interesting idea, Belarius. Sharing power would be no problem for me and your playstyle fits ours just fine. Might be fun to discuss possibilities

Edited by: Krafe on 23/09/2003 07:24:40 Hi Belarius,
I believe STK fits the list of requirements that you seek in a corp. And we are always looking out for both new and experienced mature players to game with.
You can always EVE-mail Deus or Temerlyn in-game to find out more about STK. We also have a small forum that you might want to visit. STK Scientific Forum
You can check out our other recruitment threads here: STK Scientific Recruitment #1
and here: STK Scientific Recruitment #2
Well Belarius, hope to hear from you soon. See ya in Space!
edit: And just to add, if integration into STK might not be suitable with either group, we are always very open to working together in corp alliances to maintain the fun factor :)

Well Belarius... I engage you to engage yourself and your friends in the NVA Alliance Vs Transpiratical and his 'Prophet'.
You'll say why.
Because Jade and Derek the 'towed' pirate who play Eve in station and Irc (sic) have both right.
NVA need : 1.All have considerable personal assets 2.Most are Battleship ready and or have Battleships 3.We are dedicated, play every day 4.Many of us have second accounts for mining and hauling 5.We are all good friends and work well together. 6.Can participate in any field PVP PVE mining.
As Churchill needed US.

Good luck Belarius,
I'm confused about one thing though. Why not just create a Corporation with your 12 people and grow from a decent start instead of join an existing Corporation.
Most corporations (mid sized as is your prereq) are already established with levels and chains of command. Walking into a leadership role will be unlikely at best.
However, best of luck in your search.

We had considered this. But our number one reason for dis-satisfaction was lack of members/member participation.
So creating our own corp wouldn't really solve this problem.
We realize some compromises will have to be made, but more players is at the top of our list and we are less likely to compromise in this area.

Indeed, its difficult to be put into a full leadership role from the start since the corp one ultimately joins has little knowledge of ones background and would be highly unlikely to give access to billion ISK BPs.
On the other, time builds trust and makes leaders and its seem to me you fully understand that.

Well, although I've been intrigued by your idea of integration HDY, to some degree, is based upon a socialist system so that discounts us as per your #4 and #5.
Again, good luck with your objective and I hope you all manage to find a home together. A group of friends is something which is worth preserving in EVE.

wow Slam. That is amazing.
Just to add to a few things bel stated, and perhaps dispel some confusion. We naturally do not assume to walk into a corp and immediatly have access to billion isk BPs. What Bel means by sharing leadership, is we want someone who, given time, would be willing to accept one of us into a leadership position.
Also, a little added info:
All main characters are Caldari, except for 2 Minmatar. 2 of our second accounts are Gallante, and one player uses an Amar alternate.
All of us except one are US players, EST, CST and PST. We have one UK player.
I would like to thank everyone for the positive response we have recieved. It was a very pleasant surprise, and a little overwhelming. Our goal is to find the best match for our play style, so this is not something we are going to rush into. Please be patient with us, as we want to work with the prospective corps so that together we can determine if we are indeed a good match. _________________ "For the strength of the Pack is the Wolf, and the strength of the Wolf is the Pack."

Sorry Bashier, it was not at all intentional. I was not even aware of it. We have been a bit overwhelmed with responses, and we are a little disorganized as a result. Thank you for your patience, we greatly appreciate it. _________________ "For the strength of the Pack is the Wolf, and the strength of the Wolf is the Pack."

On a more serious note: BIG need players in the us time zone.
We have a very flat organization and are well suited for "merger" like projects.

I've looked at your website.
This paragraph:
"When we say everything goes we mean excactly that. In BIG there will be divisions of pirates, mercenaries, traders, researches, miners etc"
Gives me concerns. I WILL NOT join a corporation which condones and supports Piracy.
Pirates are ok, but I would rather join an anti-pirate corp. Without pirates there's not many other people to fight
