Battle Cruiser lvl 5
Caldari Cruiser lvl 5
Mining Barge lvl 5 (+ production/industry skill, can use techII strip miners and deep core miners)
Minmatar Bship lvl 4
Caldari Bship lvl 3-4
Maxed gunnery skills (surgical strike etc..)
Has Research Agents and various good standings.

well since all of my assets are in 0.0
i can offer 3.6bil isk, a 9km officer SB, a cerberus and tons of high end t2 gear.. worth total 5bil and this is all in empire
