Suppose I wanted to buy an older copy of the EON magazine off another player for say 20 mil isk, covering p&p, is that ok?

CCP would probably allow it, you are allowed to buy isk in any shape of form as long as it benefits them.

Should have said as long as they profit from it.

No it is not ok. You may only buy and sell in game items using isk, Except of course Eve characters, and Eve GTC. Everything else is a bannable offence.

I have EON Issue #2. I am actually selling it on E-Bay right now, mistakenly I have ordered 2 Issues #2. Well, if you want I may sell you Issue #2, but it won't happen for less than [censored] - ehh, wait, did I say ISK? No, I sell it for 13.95 + 4.95 S&H. I payed my money for magazine + shipping, so 13.95 would be very appropriate reimbursement. Plus it's brand new, I never even flipped it open, well I did once, to make sure I am not dreaming.. lol  .

EON is very nice magazine. I like it a lot.
