I am looking to buy a Leadership + Scanning character
Here is a better break down of what id like.
1. Combat leadership.
2. Prefer Armor over shields if I had to choose.
3. Command ships 5 = Major plus
4. Scanning skills level 4 - 5
My budget is high.
