I couldn't find a thread that lists reputable bookmark dealers, and damn dirty scammers listed neatly, and well, I just got scammed  for the first time in my eve history. I learned my lesson, and I will use this knowledge in future for myself, and to help others. If anyone has a few names of reputable BM dealers, or a list of scammers, add to this thread at will.

Reputable: Viktor Tupolev, bought 2 sets form the guy, landed directly on target each time... Only problem i had with the BMs was a RED alliance that was behind a gate ;)

D0nald Trump (I'm not really sure it's a 0 as in zero or O), he's located in New Caldari top station. Good prices, bought like 20 regions and so far they've all been spot on.
Another one is Insta Tech in Agil, but be careful with that one, someone has been impesonating him by using lnsta Tech name. I have no idea if he's been petitioned yet. He's bit more expensive than Trump but instas have been spot on also.

BMprovider is a good dealer. Always on the spot and delevery is about 2-3 days from order date. check it out here. link

PostPatchBM King,out of Yulai,although at the time of writing this he seems to be in SemiRetirement.
That said his service is second to none,and is always really helpful.
Extensive collection of BMs also.
