I have 450.000 ISK capital. No skills to speak off. My entire possession is a probe frigate. The challenge is to make good money even with limited resources.
Selling bookmarks seemed worth a try, so I made a set for the Jita - Rens route, with instadocks for all stations there, but haven't been able to sell a copy of it yet. Perhaps people are afraid of scams, or perhaps they are not willing to pay 4 mil for it.
Time will tell if these bookmarks will bring in money, but in the meantime i would like to try something else. Any suggestions?

1. Buy a hauler. 2. Outfit it with cargo expanders and some shield tanking. 3. Destination: Jita Ice Fields 4. Bookmark every macro miner's can and warp on them. 5. Collect their ice and sell in Jita market.
For a few minutes work, you'll have a few million for more skills and more mods to upgrade your hauler.

You whould make at least 1M by missions or mining, than you can try NPC goods trading with hauler...

Bah, it's like the real world.
You can either work for a living... Spending years saving to get that mortgage, car, battleship, whatever..
Or.... (Fill space with your original idea that I haven't thought of yet)

No, you can steal people's stuff, it will get you flagged and you risk getting shot by the owner of the can. Having said that, Ice macro miners hardly ever shoot back.
If you shoot their can, then Concord will spawn and open fire on you.

to be honest, you need a little more capital (~4 mil) to start really making good profit margins. I would invest in a combat frigate and run lvl 1 missions until you have 2 mil or so. Oh and think your BMs might be a wee bit overpriced. People usually buy bookmarks in region sets, so adding yours to an existing collection is a little inconvenient. On the other hand, if you can add Oursulaert and make Rens -> Ours and Ours -> Jita BMs, they become a LOT more valuable as those are the main trade hubs.

If you need money - do you really care if they're a macro miner or not? =P ---
