well i used to have a 17 million pvp char but sold it thinking id never come back to the game!
geuss what. 6 months later here i am on a new mae char.
just a bit baffled on what to do tho atm.
here is my current plan....
1. get this guy into a maller.
2. get him mineing for about a month and a half and get all learning skills to 5 and advanced to 4
dose that sound good to you guys? or do you think i should try a different approach? cheers in advance for any help

I personally can't stand mining, so I'd probably shift between ship/equipment skills and learning skills, and run missions for isk.

I'd agree there. Mining is okay to start but really gets boring after a short while. Also, with so many people mining and the automated miners as well (their name is a bad word here), it's hard to find any decent ore in highsec any more.

I suggest keeping training balanced at 50% learning skills and 50% other skills.
That way you can do other stuff while you skill up the attributes.

Run missions. seriously.. Mining is about as much fun as sticking a fork in each eye.
Grab a Punisher, and start on lvl 1 missions. then move up to a maller for lvl 2 missions.. Then a Prohecy for lvl 3.. then an Apoc for lvl 4... By that time you should have yoru learning skills to lvl 4.. Spend a month or so getting your basic skills up to lvl 4, combat skills, engineering, spaceship command, navigation, and so on.. Once you've got them to 4, then go back and get the learning skills to lvl 5 and then the advanced learning skills.
lvl 3 missions are your goal. you can do them in a BC or BS, and make decent isk. 1-5Mill per mission depending on your skills.
