I did notice that.. but then I also see killboard services, banner creations, TS3/Mumble hosting, etc..
Which I do believe this refers to, also from the same DEV post: "This has been extended to include Characters, EVE Time Cards (ETCs), website hosting and voice chat services." Seeing as I have been to CCP HQ and spoken to Devs and not been reprimanded, been asked to stop or banned I believe this falls under the same rules as killboards and chat hosting.
