Obviously, I`m just a Caldari missile-head... I`ve started training for a mega, I really like its looks and I hear it`s a good tackler...
How will it be to fit some good ol` Howies on me mega?
A disaster you say?
Not enough pg?
or is it just something that minmatar likes best?
Give it to me - I can take it

arties suck donkey ass, the only thing that makes them somewhat viable are double damage bonus minnie ships or 8xturret ships for aplha strike only
in short no dont fit howies on a mega

yup the guy above has pretty much put this one to bed for you, howwies wont do on a mega,
plus you mentioned the mega was a good tackler, for that you would need close range guns, howwies are long range weapons

I just dont get 1 thing, why? why howi and the mega?
If you said apoc some people from a loooong time ago would say yeh i used to fit that on my apoc. But mega? you think that the -25% rof and +25 dmg from the tempest can be neglected by fitting 1 extra howi on a mega. If you like howi that much, just fly a tempest. IMO tempest looks sweet aswell and flying a combination of gallente and minmatar is FTW, underdogs FTW

You would really throw away the mega's rail bonus's for howies?
Dude.... no. The ONLY reason i can think of to why you suggested fitting howies on a mega is because of the Mega's cap. Howies would be cap friendly to the ship. But ur damage and everything else is gunna suck.
Dont do it bro.... Blaster it up and gank it like a biyatch. :)
