Two questions...
1- If you attack a player in .5+ in a dead complex thats past the first one where you normally cant warp to, can CONCORD still warp there?
2-If you attack a player in .5+ and CONCORD arrives can you still warp out or do they scramb you? And if you warp do they follow you?

So...are you saying no matter where you are you die...even if you were in a dread and warped to a different system?

First a dread can't get into a .5 and second yes concord can warp into deadspace and yes they scram you almost instantly and if you do manage to warp away they follow you. Also it is considered an exploit not to lose your ship to concord. If you manage to evade them then you risk punishment by CCP either by having them take your ship and warn you or even ban you if this is not your first offence.

Where did this exploit nonsense come from anyways? Everyone keeps repeating it. The first person to get away from CONCORD did so using an exploit and was banned for that, not for evading CONCORD.
Evading CONCORD is basically impossible anyways; there are only three ways to do it that I know of:
-cyno out if you're in a cap ship which is unlikely since you can't build cap ships in high sec any more -intie pilot with full snakes instaing around to get to gates and warp out or avoid CONCORD till the timer expires (this has been done but it's super hard and if you lag you die) -log while in warp (I think this has been fixed though).
The log while warping one is an exploit and probably bannable though. Sig removed, lacks Eve-related content - Cortes |

I don't know why you call it nonsense. If you kill someone in high sec, you have to lose your ship. Otherwise it's an exploit, and if someone petitions you, yo will get banned.

The last one isn't possible anymore because of the PVP timer. --------------------------------------------- I disagree with what you say but I will defend to the death your right to say it. |
