Jaguar love!!! Shame about losing the tracking though... really helped when hitting with 280mm howies at Gistii AB speeds. Still, with the extra CPU I feel a Tracking Enhancer coming on. Double damage bonus should be a nice DPS boost.
I don't suppose a 50% increase in clip size on artillery would be doable to add a cherry on top..?

Woot, a lot of the long-awaited ship changes are now in, and it seems like you've fixed/modified the info warfare gang links. And Arazu/Lachesis bonus from +10% to %20, yay! I think this should quiet the "Gallente recons suck!" crowd.
Very good stuff indeed, will be interesting to test.

You just made a grown man cry, I'm sooo happy.
lub you long time.
And liking the back to basics approach of doing small patch's as you used too couple years ago. Funny how things go in circles sometimes. All good.

Hey guys, I hate to be a pain, but where is Sovereignty? TomB specifically said that if it wasn't in the last patch, it would be in this one.

Kudos to CCP. I think they will find significant advantages to a more frequent patching regime with smaller and less encompassing patches, like this one.
Ofc CCP will have to pardon the responses of some in this thread who wonder why "their" fix didn't come with this patch as it will take a while for people to see that smaller but more frequent is better and eventually this will lead to a quicker overall resolution to their particular issue with the game.
TBH the reason for this is simple: it's easier on the working stiffs at CCP. Bigger and massive patches require significant prioritization of what will be addressed. Alot more gets left off when you only patch four to 6 times per year versus 12 to 18 patch events.

Also, it mentions all the changes to the Hawk's bonuses, but no mention of the slots being changed to 4 missile points or whatever. Is this still the plan?

Any chance to change the lvl 4 Worlds collide given out in Amarr space? Blood Raiders + Angels necessite to fit a 80+ res tank vs all 4 dmg types. All the other races versions of this mission offer 2 main dmg types only.
Also, Angel Extragavanca seems to be very prevalent in Amarr space. What about the other Extragavancas? (Amarr's do have troubles vs Angels.. they seem just perfect to engage them.)
Will we see Blood Raider, Sansha Extragavanca? |

The Hawk launcher rate of fire bonus has been changed to missile kinetic damage bonus, and the hybrid optimal bonus has been changed to missile velocity bonus. It also has a higher power output and a new high power slot.

Especially since other skills are being seeded in this patch.

Wait, does that mean the Hawk will have 5 highs or an extra launcher hardpoint? And why does it have less firepower then a Kestrel?

nice chances allthough I was hoping the arazu and lachesis would have had a bit bigger boost like more range on sensor dempening(so it would be more in line with ships like falcon/rook) or bit longer scarmbling range like 30% the rest looks nice though.
