with it being vertical then it'd run more in line with the vexor and dominix further leaning towards a drone carrier, they are more vertical than the other ships

Well ive just seen the caldari battlecruiser myself it looks ok. Actually it looks nice really 
Its no big suprise that its going to be a missile boat after all the FEROX is a gun ship with a gun bonus, so its only right we get a missile oriented ship.
As for the Gilent Battlecruiser i think it looks interesting tho sadly the angle you see it at is-not the best that could have been done.
So lets see caldari battleship looks good and is a gun ship and the battlecruiser looks ok and is a gun ship too.........Things are looking good it seems.

Yes, the new caldari BC better be a missile boat. It BETTER BE. And yea its cool, but i think it looks like the top half of a typhoon as well.

I agree. The moment I saw the Gallente BC, I thought Bab 5. It looks awesome!
I like the Caldari Tier 3 BC even more. I love my gun turrets but this new BC rocks! I can't wait to get my hands on one.
