How long do You the customer have to put up with the crap that EvE is at the moment.. for me and my company, the end has come. I Cant, and will not be willing to ship this product, It is highly unstable. and on one perticular experiment, a new char lastd on day 1, 4 hours, then got stuck, and on day 2 lasted less then 1. 3 hours later the char is still stuck..
Do you think paying customers will keep putting up with this... the answer is know.. and therefore.. Unless you start to instill support and confidence back to your players/customers your product is finished..Good luck...

It seems to have gotten lost amidst all the typos and poor grammar... which makes me think English isn't your first language. Care to revise your statement a bit so it's more legible?

I think he is referring to the Blackhole in Amarr and the fact that there are no Polaris or GM's present in the Help channel at this time.
