2. How many are we supposed to be getting?
3. Just where is this information that everyone seems ot know about but me?
4. Why doesnt CCP send out notification in Eve-mail about these things?

1: We are getting them because of EvE's 10th anniversary.
2: I believe we would be getting 7, there was 8 achievements and I believe that New Eden completed 4 of them and we all got 3 at the beginning.
3: Not quite sure what your asking.
4: Because they're CCP.

Because he feels like it, especially if they were navy ships he was blowing to bits, he did it because no one would stop him.

I'm just having fun using the damn little demons. Despite their inherent limitations of being unable to deploy no more than two at a time, they're pretty deadly on a drone boat with drone damage buffs and a couple of DDA's. Compared to a pair of Ogre IIs, they have higher tracking, speed, hp, etc. Granted, that advantage over other heavies will diminish a little after the drone buffs go in effect, but that's only because CCP gave them Post-Kronos stats.
Pretty neat considering that when CCP usually hands out gifts for free like that, they are often more for show or as collector's items, not combat drones with buffed stats. To top it off, they aren't actually all that expensive right now if you fancy grabbing a few extras from the market (yeah, they are compared to even faction heavies, but not by much). |

You are posting and starting threads in GD everyday but Gecko's went totally under the radar for you?
