Techell and Taggart trans, be warned.. we are coming in force. We will hit your backs, we will pod your miners, we will destroy your cans we will do everything in our power to stop this CCP/Favoritism alliance. This madness has gone way beyond gaming fun. CCP chose to play favorites and your little alliance with them will be our reasoning for standing up and bringing the fighting home. Im sure CCP will give you all the help you need in tracking us down, while they play the pure money game. Yea the Big corps have lots of players and CCP sees lots of dollars, lets give them something special to keep them around. CCP said screw U to the smaller corporations, i guess our money isnt good enough. Somehow your 12.95 subscriptions are worth more as a group than this gaming community as a whole. Well if enough subscribers get together than maybe CCP will stop this Favoritism.

i got a petition response from CCP supporting the posting of techells "Policy".
whats that make every other small corporation?
Why do we have to read about techells policy? How many people are getting soaked on their policy?
Why is it that the few command the many here?
Why is it that CCP steps in and plays favorites?
Its like a referee scoring a goal for the opposing team in a soccer tourney.

I don't need to explain what Techell did.. techell is a Military target for the revolution, they can have 87 really nice church goers for all i care, they are a target for the madness that is favoritism.

STFU dude. Techell is one of the n00b friendly megacorps. You are an idiot to want to attack them. Come on they have been the only guys selling miner IIs at a decent price and have not been hoarding them to themselves like most corps.
Also if you are one of these 'smaller' corps then I suggest you don't try messing with the big boys.

Well I know for a fact that Dark Empire was crippled in their home system of Penirgman by a force of 3 pilots, (Dark Empire has over 150 members), its not all about numbers, its about striking at the right time.

eagle, you really do have issues dont you, techell have always been good to deal with.
You whine and whine about small corps being screwed, but nearly all small corps i know, or have been in are prospering, haveing fun, and dont really care about techell or their BP's
I think you need to leave Eve until puberty passes and your rebbellious tendancies pass.

Haha. Yah, "n00b friendly" as in they put n00bs to work mining their minerals for them so they can sit back and rake in 1B+ isk a week, which they will use in the future to purchase other Tech II or III BPs and continue this ridiculous cycle.

As far as I am aware, thre was absolutely no CCP favouritism over Techell gaining control of the miner2 BPCs. I was aware that they paid 1.5 billion isk for the prints form two separate companies.
In addition they then went on the market and sold the miner2's at half the going rate. Now that their pricing structure has changed somewhat, they have posted the new T&C, and the interstellar new has picked up on the aftc that the still appear to be selling miner2's at 60/70% the going rate.
I don't see any reason why this is CCP favouritism, Techel have moved with economic and industrial progress at each step.

Techell are doing pretty well, but CCP advitising them? That can't be right. CCP should treat EVERYONE in eve the same, they can like some people in eve, but giving them specail treatment is wrong.

I have to agree.....
Techell (who I have never and will never buy from) are a CCP endorsed monopoly. (BTW How did they get the ml2 BP?)
Monopoly is not good for an economy therefore I must agree that Techell and their Icelandic friends can all take a hike when it comes to my ISK.
With the ever reducing reserves of Megacite in the galaxy this is just another nail in the coffin of any wannabe battleship pilot.
Selective ore mining kills belts by upsetting the nature resource balance, and the megacite 4 miner 2 policy promotes even more unbalanced mining practices.

Just tell me... how do you imagine players reporting about any corporation, alliance or even person in game... if you immediately cry this is "advitising" and "specail treatment" and "wrong"?..

Well this is the problem with players writting the regional news. Ppl are bound to use it as a way of advertising for their corps and/or friends.

why the big fuss over them.....maybe tti started it to draw attention from themselves.....why should techell suddenly become public enemy number one because they are rich. did they become rich by employing pirates to keep an area clear...no they spent a lot of money on a few bp's because they had forsight. everyone is now saying they've had the monopoly long enough but what happens if ccp bow to pressure and flood market with miners in a few weeks we would see a repatition of the manufacturers up in arms about it not being any worth to make stuff as everyone has them. will we get this kind of argument every time some new tech comes onto the market who knows will techell get miner 3 maybe maybe not but one thing is certain large corps can should and will get the better items before smaller corps as happens in the real world as well. you just learn to adapt and wait for these items to trickle down to us or bite the bullet and join one of these large corps and lose ure freedom to roam about doing ure own thing all the time.you may say they have everything going for them but theres always a downside to being too well known

This is absolutely the last time I will say this, so listen carefully: There is no favoritism by CCP. The news article, which you persist on seeing as an 'ad', was written by me. I am part of the Interstellar Correspondent program. I am a player. I do not work for CCP.
Techell was not 'given' the miner 2 blueprint, they BOUGHT it from the people who were given it. In all reports, it was bought for a significant sum of isk.

In an attempt to not sound like a flame, I'll do this in a simple bullet point fashion.
1) There are NO Miner2 Original Blueprints, they are all either unlimited copies or limited 100 production run versions.
2) TTI never recieved or bought a Miner2 BPC
3) Techell WERE NOT GIVEN anything, they bought their BPC's from others who participated in the mad Jovian admiral hunt
4) Techell are (or at least were) not a Mega-corp. At the time of purchasing both Miner2 BPC's they had 16 members (distinct players)
Now, why are you just picking on this one issue? Why aren't you also picking up on the fact m0o got very rich very early by attacking everything that moved in the empire before concord battleships/guns/sec rating caps?
Or how about all the early miners that miined arknor when NPC's couldn't use missiles/EW?
Or how about the SA who had easier access to the Jovian event (and are rumoured to be holding among its members another 3 miner2 BPC's)?
Or how about people who make a killing off the broken market seeding?
Or how about a market where there is very little profit to be had due to a lot of people owning all the avialable BP's?
Personally I have no problem with any of this.

IŠm not heated at all. Actually I find it hard to believe how someone would become frustrated or heated about discussion in a forum in the first place  .
Anyways, what I actually wanted to say was:
Why donŠt you try taking those kind of news-reports for what they actually are (RPG) instead of treating it all completely OOC trying to make up funny conspiracy and favoritism theories? This is a roleplaying game and even if you donŠt like RPG thereŠs no reason to get all upset because one corp in the game has a BP you might not be able to get.
Sure, itŠs not exactly fair but:
1. Life is not fair.
2. ItŠs a fact that in life the unfair things create cool stories.
Instead of trying to make Techell look so bad and instead of trying to ruin the game for the members of Techell why donŠt you just try Roleplaying a bit? Why donŠt you come up with an IC response to all this? You know that RPG can be lots of fun do you??
IMO people tend to forget that behind every character in this game sits a RL-person and you shouldnŠt try to ruin his/her gaming experience by harrassing him with your lack of ability to roleplay.
No offence Eagle but for me Techell has brought a lot more EvE to my screen than you have with your initial post.
While Techell is trying to make up some cool RPGing together with the correspondant who wrote the news all you accomplish is flaming them for a stupid BP that doesnŠt really make a difference anyway 
So instead of harrassing people like the members of Techell or TTI maybe you should try to play the roleplaying-game a bit more.
