Is there a map somewhere showing the general political landscape of EVE with info on which corp is controlling what part?
It would make it a lot easier to stay clear of nasty, evil players - and even help locate those that might have given you a hard time.

until folk can actively (within the game mechanics) claim there land no! . Just toggle pods destroyed to find the nasty hotspots. the others are controled by so called alliances (greedy players who manipulate others into thinking thats there turf).

Howdy,
Im glad you like it and it was helpful. Yes I update is on a irregular basis usually when I know of significant geo/political changes or find additional information I think would be useful but not confusing/cluttering to have on the map.
All updates are saved back to the URL above, so you can check the same link from time to time and will see any changes.

Very well done. Couple of things I'd add next time you update it...
-Add CT-UQU and 2-YXA7 south of Stain to their holdings. they are only accessable through Stain.
-Toss a skull and crossbones over FD-MLJ

That map sucks
So HMV consider Andy Williams and Dean Martin to be "easy listening" do they? Tell that to my mate Dave, he's been deaf for 20 years.

Why would you want a map showing the security status? You can see that in the in game map.
What about fusing the things you can see in game with a map of the geo political? That would end the discussions about whether Stain is a pirate corp or not by clearly showing pod kills whithin their controlled area, or would it?

Howdy.
Thanks to those of you that contacted me ingame and mailed me updated info and comments etc. I was really impressed by the level of feedback and generous comments.
If you have info that you think could be added, controlled areas which need to be enlarged/shrunk etc please post them or mail them to me and I can incorporate them into the map.
Currently working on a update now, which Ill post up too the site later this evening. Also looking at doing a number of different 'flavours' of the same map which will give different/more/less info etc.
