I have had an outstanding issue with my account for nearly 2 1/2 months now, and that being I cannot train skills on it.
I have numerous open tickets in which I was told its a database 'error' on the account, which requires CCP to fix, and not the GM's. Fair enough, 3 weeks later with nothing still working, I mailed yet again at least asking for some communication regarding what is going on - and still nothing.
What now? I can't see what I can do to attempt to get this problem resolved, or at least some communication going on it.

seriously, if you lost months of skills, start a new char and request a refund.

This happened to me and I had to start a new char. Eventually they fixed it and I was left with 2 chars with 400k skill points each. I would have preferred one with 800k. Anyway, it took 3 weeks to solve and I didn't get any isk compo, but they did give me skill points back.

Cancel your account and quit playing this bugged game. That is how you resolve this problem and get some communication going on it.

Agreed. . . hopefully you paid with a credit card and can stop payment on them. Totally justified for such abyssmal support.

One thing comes to mind here... 
Why did you NEVER ONCE join the help channel in game and bug someone from Polaris to help you? Or send eMails and bugged CCP and got on their nerves? If I want something fixed and nothing happens, I step on toes.

You went through the GM system, despite being told it's a CCP problem, and even then you waited three weeks before even considering mailing CCP.
What do you expect?
You want something done, mail the proper people and with _exact_ details about your problem.
No good asking about something the GMs may have recieved.

The experience most others and I have had with other online games, is that the GM staff is part of the game company's staff, and therefore communication between GMs and devs or tech support people should exist and be fluid.
This appears to not be the case with CCP and EVE, which adds to the service difficulties players are having.

Thanks guys, especially to Jash for asking at the CSM. Yesterday even i received an email telling me they have fixed the first problem, and will rebuild the character shortly.
