we are a 0.0 corp with the drive and backing to do amazing things in EvE. I must first say, don;t even reply to this post unless you are serious about your inquiry. here's what we are looking for and what we have to offer....
small industrial corp of about 10-20 active members (any timezone)
corp must adopt the TOGCO ticker and policies. i.e corp buys ALL ore from members and sells minerals back to private builders in the corp. there is also a ratting tax, but im hoping that doesnt affect the corp who makes it in as they will be industrialists.
the merger will retain rank among members and be expected to build our industrial side under their current membership. growth of your corp within our corp is highly encouraged.
in some cases funding will be provided to get projects off the ground.
we provide 100% 0.0 access spanning over 3-4 regions.
all members (aside from out of corp empire tradesman) will be expected to exist 100% in 0.0.
all members of TOGCO are expected to pick up arms in defense of invasion.
will not be expected to merge corporate assets, weve got enough for both of us in most cases.
most important, we are looking for a team corp who needs direction and goals to attain.

i understand and know how much of a step this may be for your corporation, but i can assure you this.
you will not loose your identity, if anything it will grow within our ranks. you will be encouraged to do so.
we are not *****s, we don't mooch off each other, we are stabilizing ourselves, and we don't need you to see our bankrolls on the rise.
we need you to help us spend some of that bankroll. to see that Togco can offer any good person in eve the oppurtunity to play the game we all thought we were buying when we joined. to create a well-rounded corporation which utilizes everything eve has to offer. diversity promotes growth
take the chance, and im sure you won;t be disappointed.

If your corp was to merge, it would become the base of our Chimp Division. Headlining Production, Research, Harvesting, POS management, Support, and Logistics. We are looking for exactly this.
When building a Division, I personally believe a merger would work best. It would allow for the leadership within the merger to take the reigns and continue to build his or her corporation under the wing of our cast iron fist. As well as utilize the progress we have already made.
the progress we have already made is staggering to say the least. Take the chance and convo me or any of the directors, we'll fill you in on our accomplishments. EvE is more than ISK. We'll give even more purpose behind your industrial corp's operations. In return we'll give you a nest to practice your operations in 0.0 space.

Minimum Requirements
1. Be an active-player i.e. play a minimum of 3 hours per night, 4 days per week
2. Must use Teamspeak
3. Must be a minimum of 3 months old
4. Be willing to read corp forums/evemails daily
PVP Team
1. Own and be skilled in the use of a Battlecruiser
2. Own and be skilled in the use of a Tech 2 Frigate
3. Willing to train for a Dradnaught and/or Carrier (corp funded)
Agent Team
1. Own and be skilled in the use of a Battleship
2. Have a Level 4 Agent
3. Be willing to get an R&D Agent
4. Be able to play straight after Downtime (Complex runners only)
Market Team
1. Own a Transport Ship
2. Be willing to train for a Freighter
3. Be willing to learn about Market Mechanics
4. Be able to provide references from a previous corp
