i dont think you can since MWD dont stack anymore
but if you place a BM in mid-warp you get one that only luck or scan probes can find --------------

Warp between two targets. About halfway through, create a new bookmark (people and places window, at the bottom, 'Add Bookmark'. Make it quick and rename it later).
Then warp from that bookmark to another planet/target/whatever. About halfway there, make another bookmark. That is your safe spot.
Safe spots are pretty hard to find if done well. With just the scanner it can be almost impossible to track one down (with dedication and a LOT of time it can be done however, but it isn't really time or cost effective)
Someone using scan probes can track down someone in a safe spot much easier however.

You can create a safespot hundreds of AU off of the solar plane using an Observator probe.

Wouldnt the observer need to of found an object or soemthing so it can give you the coordinates first though?

But an Observator has 90AU or so inaccuracy. So just find a nearby object with the Observator and you'll end up way in the middle of nowhere.
