everytime i try and log in, i select my character and it wont load the system, just sorts of hangs there
Why's Granny dressed like a sansha?

You have, of course, reported this to tech support, right?
In the meantime, you might want to try reinstalling it. Of course, if you have a poor computer, they could be the problem too...

lol its not my comp, i can log in my alt on the same account and ive had no problem playing for the past 6 hours :D

Yes I to am having the exact same problem. I had just warped to a gate and then it locked up. When I restart I go to character select screen and it starts to load then does nothing... happens with all my characters to not just my main. I've been playing eve for a few months now and yes have had it bump me off but never had this problem of logging back in. Very frustrating as I have lots to do in eve right now  Petition filed and email sent to cust support a few hours ago. Almost ready to reinstall the client to see if that will help at all.

I reinstalled the client and its got the right ver numbers in both areas... works great no problems. I made sure to back up prefs.ini, broswer folder, and settings folder to keep my settings. Wish I woulda thought of that earlier
