1) FLA have sovereignty over 3jn constellation. Talks will convene in 12 weeks from the date of the signing to discuss
if it will be returned. A decision is based on mutual consent. In the event of no mutual consent the status quo continues
as per this agreement pending further talks.
2) All sovereignty claims in the 2 systems known to NFC/FLA are frozen. This will be readdressed in four weeks. Again, if
no consensus, the status quo continues.
3) Existing FLA/NFC poses in the constellation remain but no new ones will be established. This will also be addressed in
four weeks and if no consensus, status quo continues.
4) One month freeze on any construction of POSes by FLA in NFC space and one month freeze on NFC building POSes
in 3jn constellation. All existing poses of NFC in 3jn constellation (a21) will be removed for now. In 4 weeks we will
reconvene to decide if these rules should be relaxed. If no consensus, status quo will continue.
5) FLA/NFC/SPARTA will share a regional security channel.
6) The deal is supported and guaranteed by the Alektrophobia group. while peace continues, they will evacuate the area.
and only return if the area becomes under seige via an outside force or if civil war breaks out. We will not however
defend FLA if they default on the agreement and breakdown in the area occurs.. (All minor incedents should be resolved
via FLA and NFC leadership)

Just curious, but why is this being posted by a third party? Instead of FLA or NFC? Seems kind of disrespectful from my point of view, like penetrate is daddy of NFC/FLA/Deklein or something.
No flames necessary, just curious is all.

The 3rd party was the one that arranged the peace between us, I know they came up to help in the war, and were part of putting us at the table to come to a peaceful end.
Im still putting together what happened exactly, but peace is a wonderful outcome, no matter if it required the assistance of an outside group to do just that.
I dont know if it was part of the agreement that the 3rd party make the announcement, but as they were acting as arbitrator, it only seems fitting to me.
The above are my opinions gathered off the statements I have read in the last several months, and do not represent that of my corp, alliance, or fellow deklin residents.

come on guys, dave mentioned this to NFC on 2006.06.06 (22:34 to be precise) as part of the reciprocal wardecs or are you doing a long voting process or something.
