He was at 10% armour with no shields and no hull when I found him, started wailing on him and nothing...

I've heard many other excuses spout from his cakehole about this instance from other people and they're always different. Do you honestly believe a GM would tell him to wait in a belt? Or that he would say in local "well am gonna get banned" if he was really trying to resolve it with a GM? Um, no. E-R are a pack of liars and cheats.

BlackDog Rackh'am	Posted - 2006.06.04 12:30:00 - [46] Tbh i don't really see the issue....a lot of people fit stabs on ships that sell stupidly high in regards to production cost. People may criticise their use all they want, but as long as a setup does what the driver wants and makes the game fun for him, it's a good setup. People play this game to have fun and mining like mad for a single lost ship is not fun. T1 stuff, frigs in general with their limited slots, or a fleet setup BS is another deal altogether, but i would never be the one to start an argument against an outnumbered opponent that warped off from me in a ship that costs 30 mil to make and sells for 200 or more.

The only reason you didn't get banned was because they couldn't replicate it and in accordance with policy out of game evidence isn't acceptable, despite the fact I (and another person) provided FRAPS, screenshots and logs. Just because you got away with it on a technicality doesn't mean it never happened.

Almost sadder is you use the mods and gm's in a way to beat your nme too with warnings and petitions. I think that is just almost sick. Sure some people need to be stopped or found out for major bug exploits. Though the majority of the time I've seen you use those is for petty stupid **** vs your nme and not your friends doing the same.
