Learning and Advanced learning skills are all to lvl 5, Engineering skills are all maxed. This pilot is a tremendous pvp/pve character or miner whichever it is that youre wanting to use him for, a great multi-role type with the right skills trained to allow him to choose whichever advanced direction he wants, be it HAC's, covert op's, command ships etc... Character is in a nub corp and believe it or not has been since day 1. Favorable standings to Caldari Navy, no other standings to speak of.
I am willing to trade this character for an Amarr research character in the skill point range of say 15m but the character must have active research agents and good standing with Amarr empire.
Character name is witheld until I have ISK so dont bother laying a guilt trip on me.

Scams are not permitted on the forums.
Scams involving character transfers / game time card sales will be investigated by CCP and the GMs, as these involve a real life monetary transaction.
If you believe that you have been scammed, the first thing is to try to establish communications with the seller - it could be that he/she is offline or otherwise unavailable. It helps to give them the benefit of the doubt. If this is not successful, then please file a petition ingame (press f12), or on the EVE-Online website here, or send an email to [email protected].
