Once upon a time when you put a petition in about a mission that was borked you got a response in ooooooh say maximum of half an hour... That seems to have vastly changed.. I am just wondering if the GMs are a bit under pressure recently.
/me goes back to playing halo again whilst someone reads his petition.
(Yes it is a rant, yes.. close it if you want, but if you close it can you at least can this mission for me, i am getting bored).

Sometimes its good to vent your frustration, but you know. we players cant do very much, and this forum are made specifically for us players. I would advice you to take contact with them by email rather then thru forums. At least you are guaranteed an answer, and not just a locked thread.

I had a problem so petitoned in game got a response with in 5 min and solved my problem with in 10.Another time with a bugged mission i had took about the same amount of time.

Thats my point... Usually is very good, but 8 hours later I am still sat painting a room, playing halo, mining veldspar (gah!)...
Anyway, the update to the petition didnt much good... sigh...

FYI... Just had my mission reset now... THANK YOU GM's I take it all back... You get there in the end

i put in a petition about 4 days ago (as an other) and i'm still waiting.
However, when i issued a stuck petition the GM got back to me within 20 minutes

The forum is for player discussion, not contacting GMs. The best option would be to wait for your petition to be answered. "Agent Mission in Progress" petitions are usually answered within the hour, from my experience, and the GMs are usually very helpful.
