Instead of going into a long spill as to who are bad, who are good, and what side we are on yada yada yada. Im gonna keep it simple.
NBSI
Our 0.0 Operations have begun. We are where we are going to be for the foreseeable future. Corporations, and Alliances who have had standings changeD know who they are. ESE will not be entertaining standings requests at this time for the simple fact that friends, of friends of a mothers goat doesnt work with us. I dont think my men or I should have to check bios in 0.0 to see who you are friendly with.
We arent going too.
If you see us in 0.0 and you do not KNOW if you are blue I suggest you either come with the thunder or stay out of our way. Your bio wont save you, and talking to us in local will not either. We are not involved in any politics, nor do we care to be.
To all of you who cross our paths in the future, we look forward to good, clean and smackfree fights.
WWW.ELITESTORM.COM is where you can find us if you need us.
Thanks EVE

You can check our forums under the politics section to see who we currently hold at positive standings. The point here is quite simply, there are too many "friends" of this one and that flying around in the sector of space that we operate in, and Ill be damned if Im gonna spend my limited time on EVE sorting through them all.
This way , the game stays fun for my men as well as myself, which at the end of the day is most Important to me. Longtime friends of ESE who may not show up on our political friends list know that they are just that. Lifelong friends. O
nce we establish a political goal and agenda then the standings will be worked out, but until then this is how it is going to be.
I hope this answers your question

Looking at your politics forum, it doesn't exactly seem that you have a shortage of blues, as you have all of the southern coalition there, and then some. Notably, ISS is not there, does that mean you will continue the recent practice of FIX and ex-FIX corps harassing ISS industrials (as in pilots and operations, not necessarily ships)? (I can assure you this is not intended as a flamebait, I'm genuinely interested)
NB: this is a personal post and doesn't represent either DAB or RAZOR interests and point of view.

I never stated that we were running short on blues. The theme here is that while operating in space we noticed friends of friends of friends. While we recognize and respect entities enough, we will not sit and adjust standings to every tom, ****, and harry that happens to have friends of "put your alliance name here" in their bios.
ESE could care less about ISS or any other entity that we have no dealings with right now. If you cross our paths in 0.0, and you arent blue to us, then "read original post here"

ISS were a pain in the arse to FIX we had constant problems with their pilots in FIX space traveling, mining and generally doing what they wanted and thinking that we owed them protection/something when they actually did nothing for us but cause us headaches, even to the point that when JHENR left FIX an ISS corp contact us shortly after we left claiming to control one of the 6/10's in FIX space and telling us to stay out of it or they and FIX would kill us when we had more right to use it than they did and TBH most pilots at the time wanted to shot ISS so are you really surprised that no ex FIX corp has them at +ve standings.
This is my personal opinion and that of friends in FIX at the time I was there and may not represent the current views of the leadership of FIX.

Edited by: Wraithstorm on 05/06/2006 23:26:44 Not to derail the intent of my post I will agree that during my tenure as Joint Chief of Staff for FIX, The ISS proved to be pains in the arse lol. Respct for Count Tassasine (sp?) but thats about it. Still, as it stands my Corporation isnt out for any blood. We will let things fall where they will out here in the lawless 0.0 space

ISS promised Fix a lot in return for letting them put up starbases around MKD-08 at a time when ISS had no presence in 0.0, and to the best of my knowledge, up to the time C6 left Fix none of that had been delivered. So why would we hold on to a nap with an entity that offered nothing to us as an independent corp, at a time when we had seen it fail to keep its promises?

SA had simlar issues with ISS which lead to them being shooty shooty
Wraith, its good to see you back in action. Didn't see SA on your list (would of been disapointed if I did see us) so I guess we'll be seeing eachother in space

Good point, well made
As far as i'm aware (ie a guess based on not seeing them as much in empire) a large chunk of ESE have moved into 0.0 (hance the "see you in .0" comment).
The more engagments we have with ESE the better though, agredd, let the fun times roll. -------------------------------------------------------------

Tbh I hope not because if so, you won't show up on my overview and my neck will get sore by having to look behind my back the whole time
