Hi,
I read somewhere that the Raven can be fitted to become a decent armor tanker. My question is, are there any other Caldari ships that enjoy the same flexibility, seeing that Caldari usually shield tanks?

Not really. Need at least 5 low slots to armour tank nicely including grid/cpu/dmg mods. ---------------- RecruitMe@NOINT!

basically, if you have 3+ low slots, you can armor tank as long as your CPU/CAP hold up. I tried a heavily sheild tanked and a good armor tank on my raven once for fun. It wasn't bad, as I could hang in there longer, but I was slower to align/accelerate and so on.

True, with less low slots you cant increase resistances high enough so you would not be able to sustain heavy fire, you cant put damage mods too, as there is not enough space for them so you lose offense or you lose tanking ability (resistances)
Caldari ships have more shield HP than armor HP too, and this made a diffrence

I don't see why you would be slower to align unless you were fitting a plate. Armor tankers in my experience usually fit another repper, or another hardener before fitting a plate, the only one they don't do this on is the crusiers, Thorax and Vexor, and some frigates.

Without armour tanking, Caldari ships are not very agile. Feels like a baby freighter. ---------------- RecruitMe@NOINT!

Scorpion is fun to armor tank. Leaves those mid slots for other useful things.
