Feel the Thrill - Bounty lottery - Round #1
0.0 space just doesn't cut it anymore for you?
Are you a pirate and would actually like to see some resistance?
Would you like to be as frigtened every day as you were the first time you ventured into low-security space?
If you have answered YES to one or more of the above questions, or are just feeling suicidal, than this lottery is for you. The winner of Feel the Thrill will receive a large bounty on his head, which will ensure he won't go unnoticed while passing through countless solar systems of EVE.
If you win, you will get a huge bounty!
You _WILL NOT_ get the ISK, nor will you be able to select another character to get the bounty. Also, once you're in, there's no changing your mind :>
Tickets
Each ticket costs 10 mil, there is no upper limit to the number of tickets you can buy. The total number of tickets also isn't limited.
Please transfer only multiples of 10 mil to character "Neve K". If you transfer, say 24 mil, you will get 2 tickets and the remaining 4 mil will be considered a donation!
The winner of the lottery will receive a bounty of at least 90% of the collected money!
WARNING: You must have a standing of -1 or less to receive the bounty.
I will _NOT_ be checking the standings when you buy tickets, because they can change in the following week anyway. If I will not be able to put a bounty on your head when the draw is finished, the ISK will move to the next round of the lottery.
Duration
The lottery will last for 1 week.
Draw
To get the winning ticket, I will use the Dow Jones industrial index (thanks to Dark Shikari for the idea), after the market closes on the final day. I will multiply it by 100 to get a natural number, divide it by the number of tickets, and the remainder + 1 (because we start counting tickets at 1, not 0) will be the winner.
Example:
* 75 tickets sold
* DJI = 11247.87
* Multiply by 100: 1124787
* Divide by number of tickets sold: 14997, remainder 12
* Add one to the remainder: 13
The winning ticket would be _13_!
How do you know I'm not scamming you?
The winning number is almost truely random and I have no way of affecting it.

- Send ISK to: Neve K
- Ticket price: 10,000,000.00 ISK
- Draw: ( (DJI*100) % N ) + 1
