I've fought Sicarri when I was in ASCN and IRON, and only times they killed me when I couldn't be bothered to watch the screen and went afk in my hauler. Although it seems Sicarri likes to go afk as well, as I've killed one of their members while he was afk in his Rifter with two bs BPO's in it, arma BPO was destroyed, Raven BPO was looted.
