Recruitment Information
This is a very basic overview.
By the nature of our goals and tasks, players which already considered some kind "self sufficient, but teamwork capable career" should fit best.
Certain requirements should be met before we consider your application in STOP:
- ability to use a variation of ships and support gang/corp ops in different roles usually found in combat (jamming, tackling, damage dealing, support roles)
- reason and logic. we dont want or need hotheads ;)
- ability to follow reasonable orders and advices
- ability to spend your time on your own as well as joining gang/corp ops when required
hunting hostiles on your own shouldnt be something you're scared off ;) hunting them down in a team should be fun for you ;)
- helping and supporting corp and alliance mates when you havent got anything more important to do
Our offer:
- help and support in most issues, everything from skill training to pvp combat.
- shared (and mostly free) access to common equipment
- the opportunity to join gang activity, e.g. mining, hunting or pvp most of your time you're free to do what you want
- access to 0.0 with all its benefits and the thrill ;)
- strong industrial backbone, able to build you pretty much all you need at interesting corp rates
Common meeting places available:
- various forums including our own
- webspace and html/php experience to create pages on demand of members alliance TS Server for voice comms
Your duty:
- support the corp with e.g. fuel transports, occasional corp minings and hunting
- support the corp and our friends in general issues
- be honest, trustworthy, loyal and reasonable in your daily life
- use corp assest reasonably, avoid senseless waste just because it might be easily accessible
- obey to common rules and don't force trouble which falls back to the corp
Loyalty shouldn't be new to you and you should enjoy and support teamplay.
The base members are all mature and vet players with up to 3 years of experience.
No dictatorship - decisions are based on reasonable arguments and are discussed to be commonly agreed on.
We don't want warmongers, loners or otherwise badly behaving people - act reasonable, mature and like any well educated/grown person and you already match the targeted character profile ;)
We are strictly ANTI-PIRATE.
Pirating, scamming or similar behaviour by our members will not be tolerated.
