No - not as far as i'm aware.
the reason they are in 0.0 space is to make them that bit harder to get to and fight.
insure your ship, get a clone and then head into 0.0 and have a look around

i have only found them in fountain region.i can give you a few locations at a price if you would like?

There are some 40k spawns in empire space at secret locations but not any 50ks. If u are interested in buying these location drop me a eve mail.

In 0.1 systems there are most 10 - 5k pirates.
i havent found any 30k pirates in the 0.1 system i often visit.

u need bases rather than just roid rats, they give some higher value rats out of 0.0's.
explore-eve.net may help or maybe just ask nicely in local

here's some spawn places:
NED, Hophib, Nalnifan, Naga.
don't think any of those have over a 30K though.

A safe route to and from destination to hunt 50k pirates.
Hmm. How about we create a bookmark with 100,000 of these pirates in disabled ships in a 1.0 system for you? Cuz that is what you are really asking for.

You are minmatar, so I assume use missiles and projectiles, so basically you should be hunting Angels like Liquidators, Marauders, etc. I would personally suggest 4-HNTI as a region. Wander around in the deeper parts of it until you find Bistot. Usually a Bist system is a 40-50K system. You'll be 15-25 jumps from any station tho, so bring lots of ammo, and preferably a mate in any indy (ammo in, loot out). Maybe even cut a bit of Bist while yer there :)
Oh, and I should mention getting to 4-H means passing through Curse AFAIK. That means either negotiation, luck or suicide for a solo player.
So as many have said, you can get to 40-50K pirates, but it is neither easy nor safe.

JK-FIX is a safe place, if there are pirates (players, of course) report them in the "CFS" channel and people will probably help you out.

There are some locations in empire space you need to get them from Explore Eve. I think they are makeing all the locations free at the begining of October.

I know of two systems in 0.0 with 50k pirates, if anyone wants them drop me an eve mail and i'll send em over, no charge.

Pointless post as it's in the news but Guristas Emmisaries have been sighted in higher than 0.0 space.
One of my corp mates ran into one at a station in a 0.3 or 0.4 system (can't remember which exactly) so a few of us went dashing up there looking for some fun, needless to say he'd dissapeared!

i now a system in a 0.1 space whit 40k and 20k and 8k pirates
But i dont wanna tell you witch system i dont want to mutch people there so i can keep on taking the nice loot whit out fighting whit people :)
