When you guys open up the "Jove Space" you should add more "Jove space" on North, South and East cause every single alliance will want to take it, so, if there is more than 1 "jove space" will help a lot.

Sure, the same reasons why we have 4 Caldari Spaces, 4 Gallente spaces.......
Seriously... how much can Jove be spread about the eve universe... They can't be as dumb as to try to surround the entire map.

If you read their history, the Jove had problems with reproduction and thus could not spread in the galaxy like the other races, so they are confined to that small area. I doubt they'll spread any further.

I'd expect Jove space to be sovereign, as in there being no way to actually "take it".
As for controlling it, I'd estimate that decetn parts of it will be high sec with a jove equivalent of concord doing the dirty work of keeping us griefers out and the people with a newfound liking for Jovian agents in.

Are you referring to the 8 new regions to be opened up soon? They aren't Jove space actually, they've just been closed for a while ... all the systems in those regions are uninhabited by Jove or anyone else (as far as we know).
As for your suggestion, that more new space be opened up on all sides of the map, I completely agree.

i think it would be way more excitting if when jove space was opened up, all (and i do mean all) jump gates got closed, and we had to depend on our little warp drives.... of course i still want to see an alien invasion too, so maybe thats what the jovians will be doing as well :)
