It just seems odd, that they should be compatible with the IGB. -

Edited by: Victoria Principal on 08/06/2006 21:57:02 I hate to say that, but is there actually any point in this? EVE runs windowed perfectly (ok, with a little help from shiftWindow or EVEMon), and you can use any browser you like.
Wouldn't it be better to work towards integrating EVE-specific features (char/items info pulling, etc.)into modern browsers via ActiveX or such, and making EVE open links in the system browser and officially support full-screen windowed mode?
+: that not to mention multi-monitor configurations some of us enjoy :P

I would like to forum ***** in-game without getting all those fancy extras that cost real life money. Hate switching back and forth from Eve to Opera, especially if I am trying to hunt in 0.0 space. ___________________

You can read and post in the forums with EVEMon while watching your ship in-game at the same time?
Well you can do that with a single monitor and no extra software at all.
Its called windowed mode + always on top.

You can read and post in the forums with EVEMon while watching your ship in-game at the same time? I thought it was just a character skill training planner. By fancy extras I ment setting up a second monitor to look at the forums/surf the web with one and play the game with the other. Or something to that effect. ___________________
