Yeah the superweapons took that role I think, I'd prefer a capital NOS/NEUT myself... already have the cap transferers, just not the other way around....
I like to think of myself as the chlorine in the gene pool.

fit it on a dread?
not enougt high slots
fit it on a carrier?

erf, i cant get on SiSi atm - it goes to the !loading" screen after i select chaarcter, the bar fills.....but the screen stays black and nothing happens =/
i left it tehre for 2 hours while i was out, came back, still sitting there with the bar at 100% and black screen =/

I'm pretty sure Ovuer said somewhere thathe either didn't want to add anything for smartbombs, or change them, until he could think of a way of redoing them to make them more useful.
And while I'm sure people would find a dread with seigemode, and half a dozen 1k+ base damage 15km or so smartbombs as 'useful', I doubt that's what he'd got in mind.
If you want a capital smartbomb, you're going to have to get a titan. Cap Smarties would be so broken it wouldn't be funny. They'd just instapop anything within warpscram range that they couldnt destroy with XL weapons.
Capital NOS will be evil if/when added. Probably 30km+ range, and sucking as much cap as a large neut drains, only at a slower interval.
