Good seller, not here to bash the guy at all but I thought a little warning might be in order for anyone buying more than just a region or two from him.
I purchased all 55 regions for my other char (SgtStorm) to have them available for a new startup corp and I knew it would take a while, but it's been exacerbated by the way they were given to me. Here's the problem...
All 55 regions are neatly organized into separate shuttles. However, because Raoe and his 12 alts and 10-20 customers are also copying BMs in the same system all day every day, it takes forever to even open the cargo in the shuttles, 20-30 mins on average. Obviously copying is also slower.
Now, if they were in cans, I could simply load them up and take them to a deserted system and copy away happily. Being they're in shuttles, I can't haul them without repackaging. I suppose I could take each shuttle to a neighboring system but it's likely it'll be on the same node anyway.
An attempt to convo the seller about this has not been answered yet, I assume because he cannot convo when copying, not because he is blowing me off. Like I said, the seller is first rate, this is just an issue that really needs to be addressed for future large orders.

I would like to address the large order reason I use shuttles instead of cans. I have had 2 all region orders where I put them in cans and had the buyers decide they didnt want them after all and I had to take them out of the cans and put them back in shuttles so I could resale them on escrow. I just thought that I may need to put that in here so you understand my purpose for doing this. If I put them in cans I wouldn't have a problem with this if people didnt mind paying up front because it takes a lot of time to copy these regions as I am sure you all already know this =)
As for my slowing down in speed for the copying of the bookmarks I have had a recent death in my family which has kinda eatin into my game play and slowed me down quite a bit this week, some orders may take up to a week at this time due to my problems, if you must go elsewhere I do understand but I try my best to make these bookmarks clean and accurate, and this process takes time not to mention the fact the number of orders I have recently had come in.

Had I known I would have gladly paid you up front to get them in cans. You're a reputable seller and I'd have had no fear of being ripped off.
My main objective is to bring this up so that it's dealt with better in the future and I know that as a seller who takes pride in his work you'll keep this in mind on any future large orders. Another benefit to you is less people copying in the same system you and your alts are.
I knew it was going to take some time and it's one of several chars I can play so it's not really a huge deal, but I was wondering if I could do several regions at a time so I could let it go overnite and when I'm at work.
