Even T3s are highly limited in viable fits, which is why I seem to always encounter Loki or Proteus that are fit almost exactly the same way. Can't wait til Fozzie fucks it up so that they are even more limited.

They way these 'rebalance' passes are going they might as well remove modules altogether because ships are usually put together with a specific 'right fit' with some exceptions ie. choice of ewar.
