Unfortunately it is his place to set and change the rules if he needs to, it is his auction of his items, if u didn't like the change in the auction u have evry right to back out of the auction, you have no right to attack him for wishing to give a player offering him a buyout on all items, the chance to gather the isk to payup, the buyout offer far exceeded all other bids, therefore if u want to see it simply the buyout offer won, you lost.

O yes im super untrustworthy, ive only sold billions worth of Officer mods to lots of people, shame that i cant be trusted cos i pointed out that Xiano wanted to suspend his auction, and then was forced to close it because *****' like you give him abuse.
As ive stated now 3 times if u dont like him changing his auction feel free to retract your bids but you have no right at all to give him abuse and call him untrustworthy cos in your litle world evryone follows some non existant litle rules of yours.

Actually, your repeated posts defending the auctioneers lame acts make me think you are his alt. Irregardless of your opinion, weak as it is, the auctioneer was wrong to break his side of the agreement (bid rules) and deserves whatever condemnation that comes his way. Your arguments simply show that birds of a feather flock together.

I will not deny i have alts, but i wish Xiano was 1 of them, having these tech 2 BPOs and a Lachesis BPO would be nice, but alas im not his alt, and u still have no right to abuse him for his actions, ur claiming he broke rules but ur sitting hear harasing him and trolling his thread, both which are againt the rules, so again shush up.

People change their auctions all the time. I'm not saying it's right, but it's what I did. No ones lost out really in this auction.
People often retract bids because they buy something else where, or don't manage to get the money in time, and I don't have a massive ***** then!
More BPO's will come along I'm sure.
I think everyone just needs to calm down.

there are auction guidelines that players should follow, but the auctioneer can change his auction in the first place if he wants to.
But doing stuff like this may give you bad reputation. he could have delt with this an other way though, and this could be avoided. I would have been ****ed also if i had lead bid and he extended the auction. He can do so if he likes.
But as someone stated in some above post are actually harasment treats. and they can well be banned if they do this.
But to follow your own auction setting shoudl be an must :)
I have had tons of auction(other mmorpg's), were after i recived bo offer. players have mailed me with higher bids. i have not accepted them, due to the bo i had set already had be made. I have also lost auction due to this.
