STK Scientific has decided to cut its losses and merge with a larger organisation. The last two patches have decimated our ranks, and we beleive it is not viable to continue.
Here is another thread on our demise.
We have a solid core of 5-10 experienced (as in since day one and/or beta) players, and another 5-10 of less experienced players.
We come with a comprehensive list of well researched BP originals, covering most everything down from battleships.
Most of our core group is outfitted in battleships.
We are looking for a corp with:
1. Multi-ethnic
2. Players can do their own thing
3. Corp activities (not cumpulsory)
4. Definite goals
5. A solid amount of people online, preferebly 24/7
6. The chance to get one of our directors into the leadership of the new corp (obviously not immediately)
7. Not specialised ie. we don't want to join a corp that ONLY mines and makes things etc.

Greetings Schola,
I am sorry to hear about the demise of STK, you guys were true originals.
I have read STKs recruiting thread in the past and remarked to my self how much your corp sounded like Oberon-Inc. We easily fit all seven of your criteria listed above and are firm believers that variety is the key to keeping this game fresh. We enjoy a mix of corp activities and never demand anything of our members. Corp goals are difficult but always met, and always rewarding. We are involved politically, and don't shy away from getting involved. We are composed mainly of 50% US, 50% Euro players. And we would love to have another (already) functional shift operating to completely cover all time periods.
Oberon operates with a positive, fun, & "family" atmosphere, where trust between all of our members is something we take very seriously. We have absorbed smaller corps in the past and their transition into Oberon has been beneficial to both parties. For references, contact the CEOs from two of those corps, MrGold or Sirrah to get their accounts of joining with Oberon. (BTW, they both hold positions within our command structure now) 
Lastly, I would like to say that I don't really care how many skill points or BPs, or ships you have or plan to bring into the corp. What I am interested in is playing with honest people who are willing to give this game the fair chance that it deserves.

Rona would be willing to talk about a merger. We have a strong player base that is on 23/7. Contact Robeyone, our CEO, in game. I'm sure he will be willing and helpful in discussing anything like this.
I believe he has already sent an Eve-mail to Temerlyn. So just follow that up :)
