When you make a list like this, I want to know if you are talking about the agents faction or the agents race.
Cause the only agents I use have Concord Assembley and Sansha's Nation as factions...

Edited by: Bashar on 26/09/2003 03:41:06 Ok so its faction not race...but almost always faction and race are the same...unles you count subraces or something (concord and DED etc are never race factions)...anyway my amarr race and faction agent has now given me 4 charisma implants in the last 12 missions....i sure hope thats not all she can give me cuz i really have no use for more charisma myself as i dont intent to specialize in any charisma skills, and unfortuantely selling them is not very profitable :( not to mention im running around with a pocket full of charisma implants...and a head full of nothing but un-augmented brains...cuz I dont want to use charisma but cant seem to get anything else.... so if anyone wnats to trade a charisma or 2 for some other flavor contact me!

What quality agents do drop implants tho? I have a lvl 3 agent who is poor (-19%) and he drops jack, zero, nada.

My lvl 3 Gallente agent is rated mediocre with -18% and +8 standing. I've received one intelligence implant from her since last downtime. It appears implant missions are given only if your standing to either the agent or the agent's corp (or both) is high enough. I'm currently Exemplary towards this particular agent and Very good (6.0, the max for a lvl 3 agent) towards the agent's corp.
What I'd like to know is:
What sort of implants, if any, do the non-race specific factions drop (e.g. Sisters of Eve & Concord Assembly)? If anyone knows.. I'd much appreciate being apprised. |

I've been following this thread with interest and wondered whether anyone can help me with a sort-of-related question.
I was referred by my original tutorial agent to a Gallente agent for the Federation Navy. I assumed that this was common to everyone, with the referrals being to someone of an "official" body associated with whichever race you happen to be.
I've been referred to a number of other Level 1 agents of the Fed Navy, and now eventually a Level 2 agent.
What I was wondering is how you get agents other than for the obvious "official" body you start off with, or agents associated with bodies affiliated with other races, or even NPC corps.
Ta!

Either by referal from current agents (which is quite rare) or by docking at stations of corporations that interest you.
Check where their Level 1 agents are that accept you upon docking, make sure you have a decent standing with that agent's faction and dock at his station. Done.

Thanks Yalson.
Next question - how do I check where they have level one agents?!
(sorry if this is a basic question - I'm not a n00b, but just haven't really bothered much with agents before the past few days)

That would be difficult maybe. I've dont missions for caldari faction based company, and my Gallente faction is, uhm, not good.
Anyways. If I get a memory implant or two, I dont think getting an intelligence implant would be a problem, making a fair trade with some gallentean.

heh I don't do anything but galente - don't fancy trying to get from -1.5 to 2.0 just so I can go through the hassle of lv1 to 3 agents.
However I do have a spare int implant to trade for a memory one if you have a spare

Actually getting Caldari and Gallente is quite easy, but it takes a long time.
The trick is concord agents. ___________________________________________ Join in the NEW Sci-Fi Quiz |

concord agents are from all races.
One faction though, so tough luck.
Now, please list factions under here...
The OTHER implants are probablyu handed out by the shadier factions NOT in safe space...

concord agents raise the faction standing of almost all factions except pirates. Therefore, they are good to have. ____________________________________ Taggart wants YOU. Join TTi! *waves his hand in your face in the jedi way* |

ok so forgive the stupid question, but how can you tell what faction (race) your agents are. or is it just based on the race of the corp, and if so how do you find that out ______________

If you show info on the agent's corp, right next to the corp emblem there is a small thumbnail button that you can barely read. It is the faction of the corp, and if you click on it, you'll see the faction relationships.

Sorry, but since the last change I havent been offered one single mission with an implant as reward. Strange, since the dev stated that they removed the requirement for the trade good to be in the same region. As long as it excists in the market somewhere, you can get the mission.
But, just have to keep trying I guess.

For all those who Bought up all the implants excellent job!! :) All implants just became much more rare, therefore, much more expensive. The prices are about to go through the roof again.
Luckily i have one intel implant i didn't equip yet that i will probably be able to sell in a week for 20 mill!!

The guy that got implants from CONCORD: was that before the patch or after (todays patch)?
Or maybe CONCORD has the ability to receive ALL types? Because they belong to all factions so to speak.
