A good officer is hard to find. A great XO is damn near impossible.
Today my corp received mail announcing the departure of our Executive Officer, Lilandri. Lil, as we often called her, was far more valuable than any asset our corp currently owns. No ship, no blueprint, no amount of isk comes close to what she provided for the corp. Lilandri organized us, motivated us and was a vital asset to our corporation. More importantly, she had to put up with me. And seeing as how I can be more than a handful at times, to do so for so long and so well is testimony to her fortitude.
Light Brigade Industries, L.L.C. will always hold her place in the hope of her return. Until then, Lilandri, remember:

No isk no Bp my ass. If I offered you 500 billion isk, and 1000 of EVERY BP (yes Miner II also) to kill, pod and then KICK out Lilandri then you would.

Actually I'd pod you when you showed up to deliver and let her have your corpse, shmuck.
